Sonic Bloom is our citrus and pine forward East Coast IPA. Brewed with the finest of english pale malts, and heavy handed on Comet and Cashmere hops. This IPA has a medium body with subtle bread and wheat malt undertones. A spicy citrus and grapefruit aroma, compliments heavy grapefruit, citrus oil, and most notably, pine flavors, with a peppery bitterness and crisp finish.
